Return Policy

Our return policy is easy.  You may return any item for a refund provided the product is in its original resalable condition.  To make a return, please call us at 407 921 8510 or 407-321 7394 at which time we will provide return address and specific instructions this does not incude downloaded software.

Where any Product supplied is or includes software ("Software"), this Software is licensed by us or by the relevant licensor/owner subject to the relevant end-user license agreement or other license terms included with Software ("License Terms") and/or the Product. In addition:

Save to the extent provided for in any applicable License Terms, your rights of return and/or to a refund under these Conditions and any applicable Returns Policy do not apply in the event that you open the Software shrink-wrap and/or break the license seal and/or use the Software.

Disclaimer

We are constantly upgrading our merchandise with new and exciting products. We reserve the right to substitute those items if they are found to be a better value or add to the design enhancement.

Shipping Policy

Most orders are shipped the next business day after receipt of the order. We cannot however, ship to a P.O. Box. We will provide the tracking number for your purchase by request. Delays in shipping delivery may occur during peak holidays such as Christmas. Please allow for this possibility. 

If items are returned for credit, not refund, the $10 handling fee and 15% restocking fee will automatically be waived. The credit memo you receive via mail can be used towards any Network Connections USA Inc. "Cable Project USA purchases, now or in the future. Shipping is non-refundable.

Miscellaneous

Seller shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond the reasonable control of Seller. These causes shall include, without limitation, acts of God, acts or omissions of Buyer or any third party, delays in transportation or inability to obtain necessary labor, materials or supplies.
